Can someone PLEASE get in touch with me on this order. I have not received it, and as requested by shopperapproved.com I'm trying to contact NY Fashion Center Fabrics. But calls are not picked up, messages are not returned, and emails are unanswered after days of trying. HELP!

After 7 working days of waiting you could not even let me know what the status of my order was all you could inform me is that it hadn’t been shipped yet You charge well over twice as much as a competitor for exactly the same fabric who I eventually placed an order with Your customer liaison manager her response to me cancelling the order was an email that was highly sarcastic I now await how long it will take to refund my money My company ships fabric and costumes all over the world if I gave similar service as yours I would deserve to be bankrupt

As always their products are great. However it took ten weeks for it to be shipped. I wouldn't have known this until I contacted customer service. The representative told me the fabric was stuck in customs. If they only had the decency to alert customers effected when it happened, that would have made a giant difference. Until they revamped their website and expanded their warehouse, they shipped very fast. NOT ANY MORE. I will give them one more chance but that's it.

As I said in my earlier comments, this order took ten weeks before I got it. I wouldn't have known what the delay was until I contacted customer service. The representative told me it was stuck in customs. If the company had the decency to notify customers like me when they first found out, it would have made a huge difference. I don't know what's going on. Before you expanded your warehouse, I would get swatches within three days of ordering them and yardage within a week. WTF happened? The warehouse and the shipping department need to get their acts together. This is completely unacceptable. I will give you one more chance. If my next order does not ship within a reasonable amount of time--two weeks at the most, I will never shop from you again. Your competitor ships within a week every time. Why can't you????

I have been looking for this fabric for 25 years. Joann used to carry it then but it was not the fine quality of this Gabardine. I use it to make linings for lampshades which I have been doing for over 25 years. It is excellent for this purpose and lasts forever! I just recently tore apart some lampshades damaged in Hurricane Harvey and the old poly gabardine was still strong. I know these lampshades were about 30 years old because they were made by a local lady in Houston during the 1990's. I learned to make lampshades by taking apart some of hers when I first started. Easy to work with, strong and looks fabulous!

Nice linen, but like they say I’m the description, don’t go by the picture for color. This is a much lighter color, almost a pinkish coral more than the dark red it looks on the screen.

I ordered this fabric on February 18. After almost 2 months, I contacted customer service for an update. It looks like they created a different order date, changing it to April 5. Is that considered unethical? After 2 months, I did receive the fabric and am happy with it. But I do not like the processing and shipment policies.

Order number 23200 was placed on February 15. Almost 2 months later, I contacted customer service. It appears they changed the order date to April 5 for this survey purpose. I find that unethical. I did receive the fabric around April 10.

Can't tell which is which between the Natural and the Papyrus. Wish they were marked. Would not know which to reorder. In the photos they look very different but not in real life.
