OTC tools are a GREAT investment that I will continue to purchase. I will however, never do business with NXTools.com again. I have demanded a full refund from them. I am asking VISA to initiate a fraud investigation that I hope culminates in criminal charges. My order should not take 3 months to fill. My emails and phone calls should be answered

This was an up dated different printer which did not work as it is a parallel printer. OTC the manufacture was no help. I hired a computer tech and was able to program it. When I called in to report NO one seemed concerned. I saved a ton of paper work and resolved the issue, if any one buys one they will have issues!

I used A product called Max Cool and this works just as well put it into one of my vehicles and it made A big difference in the temperature of the output of air temp.
