Product and service were great from your company. The only 'drawback or issue' I had was the product was shipped via UPS who then in turn transferred it to USPS somewhere along the way, which can be a challenge for someone who has a PO Box for USPS.

Nice piece for my truck. Been wanting something to protect the trans cooler and also wanted a way to mount the plug for the block heater. This solved both problems. Great product and would buy again.

I was using this to mount a Yaesu FT-8800R transceiver. There was not enough room in the space above the glovebox to fit the radio in. I had to modify the installation and mount the bracket under the Bronco mounting points instead of on top. I was just about to get it in with that change. The unit is 5.5x1.6x6.6 without the faceplate. I probably would have been better off making my own bracket, but once I was into it I had to find a way to make it work.

The supplied bolts did not fit for install. I had to purchase separate. If the correct bolts were supplied, I would have given 5 stars. This grill fits and I’m happy otherwise.

I'll start by saying that customer service I experienced was 5 star. They answered all questions and rectified an issue with the product I purchased incredibly well. The first part I bought was a little scratched, but was replaced by M2M without hassle. I thought the sale price I paid was reasonable for the accessory. Only negatives were the slight damage, install instructions were a little ambiguous regarding the brackets orientation and the nuts holding the insert were not as tight as I would have wanted to prevent loosening while using the vehicle.

Was unable to make the MX 275 radio fit properly. Followed the instructions, but in the end I had to bend the frame to get it to line up with the screw holes behind the glove box.
