Can't hear the telephone very clearly. Words not clear from caller and it seems to be amplified sound only(not clear). Was on program #2. Just using left aid(from someone else)...(widex unit).

My first MD hearing got to whistling and the on/off switch got hard to turn it on or off. The new one I just got a couple or so weeks ago, it whistles also but I have to turn the sound down a bit. otherwise it works fine. Or Couse I could hear a lot better if my other ear was able to hear but it is about 95% gone as far as hearing is concerned.

Had to adjust the volume too high with the original small tubing,to hear well causing a lot of feedback. Replaced the small tubing with the large ,furnished,tubing kit and readjusted the volume to a lower level it works fine with minimum feedback.

The sound is better but I still do not always understand all of the words on some of the TV programs!! Some programs are clear and other ones I miss some words!! This was also my problems with my $1,300 dollar unit! Yours is just as good for the price!! Thanks, Janet Marbury

This represents the third MD purchase as my wife needs only one ear attended to at this point. We put the current one in a box without the battery to use as a back up in the event there is ever an issue. Have never had any yet, but one never knows. She would have no other device. That is testimonial enough.

I replaced the comfort tip with the older type dome. The comfort tip is to large for my ears. Also I like the on/off switch on the PRO as compared to the AIR being on the volume. Overall I have not yet noticed any big difference in the audio quality.
