The glasses were new, prestige and as expected. I was disappointed with the packaging. The case was broken. I imagine it was due to the packaging being bubble wrap instead of a box.

This product was a floor model. A significant discount was applied. I thought that Jacobtime would not sell an item if it was not in a condition to represent Jacobtime quality and service.
