I received the product in a timely manner. I was disappointed that the product arrived and was dirty. It arrived in a bad in a box but it was looked like it had been left in the back of a work truck. The hard hat itself was was extremely dirty, I literally wiped mud and dirt off of it. The ratchet assembly was new and clean and had never been put together before. It was a good price. I won’t be purchasing from this company again though. It wasn’t worth the hassle of sending it back.

Horrible experience from order placed on 3/28. Item did not arrive on time as scheduled (4/4). I called and cancelled the order, but they still shipped it (4/8). Now I have to get my credit card company involved to get a refund. They have not returned any phone calls or emails for the past 3 weeks. Buyers beware! Just a drop shipper company.

They are not a reputable company. Nothing in stock. Just a drop shipper from manufacturers. Lead times on their website are make believe. Will hang you out to dry with the delivery of your order.

I purchased the halo because it gives 360° of safety lighting for the work zone during night shift. A co-worker of mine had one and I liked how it made him visible no matter what direction he was going. I want that safety for myself. But I haven't had the chance to use it yet.
