Purchased this prop because out of stock on the Michigan wheel prop which I have. Ordered same pitch but the Match prop came in a diameter 1/4 inch smaller. First the blades did not look as pictured when ordered. I will say IBoats delivered quick. When swapping props the Match prop sat back on shaft further leaving a small amount of spline exposed. Everything I have heard on reviews states once prop is pulled from box it’s non returnable. So I had greased shaft etc figured now it is non returnable. So I fabricated 2 washers to use as spacers to allow prop nut to tighten down correctly. When first time taking out, prop does give a nice hole shot on my 25 foot tri toon and 140 hp Suzuki 4 stroke. Only now I’m exceeding my redline 5900 rpm by 600-700 rpm at max throttle. So running at 5500 and turning quick pulling tubers and such I get a lot of cavitation and some over rev. Just have to be careful keep eye on tach and hand on throttle. My Michigan wheel prop topped out at 5900 rpm right at manufacture book. Also this prop made in Korea. Nowhere did I read it was not domestic. So I’ll use this prop remainder of season and attempt to remedy next spring or this winter looking for an exact replacement or repair my old prop. Conclusion prop is not fit properly as some washer shims were needed. Do not expect same performance from this Match as you had with your Wheel prop. Do expect quick shipping. If you try and purchase domestically manufactured products this prop is not for you.
