We used this as an award to the Firefighter and Officer of the year. The presentation was beautiful, and the recipients were blown away. In the past, we would have given a wooden plaque. This is something that they can display in their homes and really wow their guests.

I’ve used Hit Trophy for a number of years. Their customer service has been responsive and helpful. The online ordering can be a little challenging, but they’re only a phone call away for help.

I love Hit Trophy, but i did not like the online ordering process this year. It took no less than 10 times to initiate and then complete the order. From requiring a chapta that wasn't there to then auto-filling information, adding credit card only to have it rejected without any guidance what you needed. I finally figured out something and then an error message came up requiring "order in hand date" Not sure what that meant, but I assumed you wanted me to tell you when I wanted the order delivered. I guess it could written a little more clearly. I hope the ordering process becomes more smooth as if this was my first time with you, I would've bailed and gone someplace else.

Was a great deal and a beautiful statute. Unfortunately it broke upon arrival. I was able to fix it and Hittropy offered a replacement.

They wouldn't take my completely valid US address and the only way I could purchase their product was through paypal. that made me annoyed and made me not want to buy off the website again. Once I was able to buy it, it broke upon arrival, but customer service resolved it quickly.
