I've contacted customer service regarding an exchange for the harness I ordered which was way to small. It's been two days, however, I know that is not a long time to respond to everyone's comments. The wheel chair I purchased seems to be sturdy and will work for my 49lb mixed Terrier with DM. I wish written instructions were in the box instead of having to go to my computer to watch a video. I'm an old timer and do things the old fashioned way. I have not completely assembled the wheel chair yet, but being 70 it might take me a bit more time.

This is the best rear harness we have found for our doggie. It helps so much when we need to get him up and outside for shorter times and hooks right on to his wheelchair when he is outside for longer periods. Thank you all so much for creating such helpful and quality products.

We are overall very happy with this product. However, it was received with the d rings backwards. We finally figured out that we could unscrew them and reverse them. Once we fixed it, we were very pleased with the harness. It fit perfectly on Sadie's wheelchair, and we love that her leash no longer pulls on her neck.

We have a Mastiff with severe hip dysplasia. He has lost so much of his mobility. Brings me to tears seeing him up and walking again. He was even trying to run after having his chair a couple days! He is so happy and so are we!

Very difficult, emotional decision to have to make, putting our dog in a wheelchair. Our Mastiff was an in between size, so I called customer service and Morgan was amazing! She helped me pick the correct size and asked me to send her pictures and a video to make sure he is set up correctly. Phenomenal company and product!

was tired of seeing my German Sheperd falling at times and even though this was a big hit in me buying it after overtime bought it and happy with the way my dog took to it now, she can walk and unless she goes down a slope at an angle (only happened once) the wheel chair keeps her stable and up right on our walks

Bailey adapted to the wheels pretty quickly. I needed to go back to the instructions a few times to help make adjustments for fit and I will also need to make a phone call with some questions but I am happy with my first purchase such as this.

I order the wheel attachment for the front, they were kind enough to tell me it was the wrong size and they'd ship the correct size and refund the difference... I received another wheel chair instead of the attachment and the wrong size rear lift. I've email and called to no avail.

My corgi Liberty is really getting the hang of her new wheels!! I definitely had to adjust the wheel height a few times but now I've got it and I'm so excited that Liberty will be able to get a lot more exercise again soon!

Find metal halo bends when she collides with furniture. Also the halo ends up under her legs and trips her.
