I have diabetes and edema. Mt. Emey is the first diabetic shoe I found with 9E width and that is exactly what I need because I work on my feet all night. Once I wore this shoe, my foot pain disappeared.

Great support. I have trouble with shoes that are fabric. These are super wide. I actually wear a women's size 8 but can't find wide enough widths in women's shoes. A men's size 7 fits my size but in men's shoes you can get a 6E which is unavailable in women's.

Called because you don't get a confirmation email after you place an order. Spoke a woman called Hazel who was rude and unhelpful. I hadn't dealt with FlowFeet before so I was a little wary that maybe I have been scammed. She said she would send me an email confirmation but she didn't. Called back, got her again, told her I was worried FlowFeet had scamming me, that if I didn't get a confirmation email, I was going to call my credit card company and report fraud. She said to go ahead. Disgusting. By this time I was sure I had been scammed but found a chat on their website and someone named Derek who reassured me and sent a confirmation and I got the shoes a few days later. I hope they record their calls so they can listen to an example of horrible customer service. Such a shame. They were a few bucks cheaper than everyone else with same shoe.

Size 12 was way off. Was more of a 13 or slightly larger. The toe box was the same as any other safety shoe even though I ordered a 9E. There's no way my toes would fit in there. The leather was very thin with very little support if I could actually wear them. To completely tighten them you have to pull the strings so tight you pull both sides together and barely see any string in the middle anymore. Shipping cost to Canada does not include duty which was about $70 CDN. Shipping back for return is going to cost $50-60. The quality looks terrible, the toe doesn't fit, they're super shiny, the leather is garbage...and I'm out $350 (until I get the refund). I can't see how anyone would want these shoes

I hate shoe shopping. I ordered four pairs of shoes from various sites and had to return every pair. I have very wide sore feet. Shoes are almost always painful. I was hesitate to buy the Drew Lisbon shoes because they were pricey, but I am glad I did not let the price scare me away. These are the most comfortable shoes I have owned in years. They are wide enough. They are supportive. Overall very comfortable. I highly recommend.

This was a purchase suggested by the physical therapi. After chatting at length with a customer representative on Orthofeet, I ordered a 5 wide insole with medium arch support. No way is this insole a wide, not even a medium; it is a narrow. Will be returning.

I'm a 16 EEEE in sneakers and I ordered 16 6 E width and it felt to tight on my feet maybe someone else it will feel better for them. I returned it and reordered a size 17 9E I have not put them on yet to try but if there a hair big I will just add another pair of socks. I like the boot a lot.
