Phone back request was not returned. Had to call again. First time when I tried to add two sample items it did not put it in the cart hence the call request. And shipping is expensive. Should use USPS instead of UPS.

Price was very comparable. Still testing the bottles but they seem to be a good quality. Shipping was concerning. The box was absolutely destroyed, but the bottles were just fine. I'm not sure how that happened. There were holes so large the bubble wrap was falling out and somehow all of the bottles were intact. I'll likely buy again

I put in an order online last week. After 4 or 5 days of not receiving an email saying it's on the way I decided to call. The person I talked to said there was no order for me in the system. Then I went online to order again and my cart kept emptying while I was adding tincture bottles and matching tops. After it happened multiple times I called again. I was told by a man that they would look into it and get back to me. That was last Thursday. Nobody has called me. And now when I go on to place my order again one of the products I had already ordered is no longer in stock.
Today I received my order and the box was partially crushed and there's broken glass droppers.
