I wish I could be more informative, but I bought this as a condolence gift for friends. It was my first time ordering from Coffee Beanery. I do appreciate the emails that kept me posted as to the order being received and its mailing. My friends emailed me when the gift arrived, but they are still too bereaved to say much about anything.

The agent who processed my order was extremely kind and sympathetic, especially when she realized I was ordering a bereavement gift. I'm always suspicious of placing an order with an unknown/untried and untested company, but you were great. The immediate email with my order information--and the fact that it was easy to reach and talk with a real live person put all my fears to rest. Thank you.
