Actually setting up the canvas to print was very easy and user-friendly. However, customer service here is HORRIBLE. Took me three or four days to actually get in contact with someone. No one answers the phone, no one is available to chat online. I cancelled an order and had to call several times over the course of three weeks to even get a refund. Didn't refund my shipping charges, even though I cancelled the order before the canvas was even printed. Overall, negative experience. Will not be coming back here.

Love the end product. Especially the extra firm board behind the canvas so it doesn't feel so fragile. Also like that the canvas come with the hanging hooks.

Ordering again, first order was good quality and I am very happy with the finished product. Better prices out there but I have learned you always get what you pay for and this one was on point.

Good inexpensive canvas. I don't love the way the corners came in thought it would look more like a full canvas. Don't like the fact it's not processed through the States and is processed through India. Overall good buy!!!

first order was great, just i ordered two 16x 12 prints of my son... it didn't take long for shipment either... This time a week after first order i ordered two more prints just two smaller sizes.. I recieved1 very beautiful print, but it's not my child or the size i even ordered! all WRONG! Now my mother and mother in law will not have christmas! i'm highly upset its my childs first christmas and all i wanted was photos for my family to remember it..

Terrible result--Image quality was good but the canvas was wrinkled, tack head show through the canvas, and the corners were not tucked in (raw canvas edges show through). I can not even use them in my own house--much less as gifts. There are much better outfits out there than this one despite the low price.

I have been searching for a company that does cavas prints at a reasonable price but quality work. My search is over. I highly recommend Canvas Champ! I have ordered from several different companies with unsatisfactory results. Canvas Champ is the very best! The other companies the prints are darker on canvas than the origianl photo but with Canvas Chanps the canvas print is always PICTURE PERFECT!

I was very impressed with the quality of the canvases I ordered. The construction of the wood frame the canvas was stretched over was very durable & solid. The canvas itself was thick & the image was put on beautifully - it looked exactly like the photo itself. They had the order processed in a couple days and I received it within one week of ordering. I'd definitely use this website again!

The quality of the canvases we ordered was incredible for the price we paid! Wood frame, with hanging bracket and the color was fantastic. We were also in a rush to get them because we were giving them as a prize for a contest and we received them only a few days after placing the order which was amazing! We would order from Canvas Champ again and again!

Canvas champ has done three canvases for me, 2 of which have been way too dark. Colors do not turn out as they are in original pictures. I am disappointed and am now looking elsewhere, frustrated.

Worst color and tone of any metal print from any of several other companies. Dark Dark Muddy did not bleed off 30 x 40 size. Left a small brushed border. Will never order again ... was NOT the image's fault.

I was concerned about quality and the ability to accept files with print bleeds, but after speaking to a representative, I found that there was a means to achieve my goal. These are constructed so well,from support frames, down to a backing to protect the canvas from getting poked through. I ordered 20""x 40"" gallery wrapped canvases of historical photos and was incredibly pleased with the quality of the frames and resolution of the print. I feel confident in ordering more.
