The photo was not as clear as I had hoped for. If the file size was not large enough to give a good product, I wish that would have been a popup message that would advise that before order is completed.

This was the first time printing artwork on canvas through canvas-champ, I was looking for a perfect reproduction of my partners artwork for resale and I am amazed by the quality and the color accuracy of the print, I work in the film industry so I particularly have and eye for colour and it looks amazing! It is almost indistinguishable from the original artwork and the finish matched exactly what the real finished painting looks like, not too glossy and not too matte. I will now be doing all of my on-canvas art reproduction prints with canvaschamp. My only issue was that the print arrived a little scuffed on one corner where the colour was quite dark and then the white canvas was showing through, but it was something that I easily touched up at home, although that could be an issue if I use the mail direct to customer option.

Canvaschamp had an easy to use website and where ever I needed help in getting my order complete I had very fast response times from their agents. The proof I requested was completed in a very fast manner. Overall great experience I will be recommending them and using them again for my small fine art business.

Awesome !! Most of my canvases were amazing, I bought 7 but one was damaged during shipping. The customer service was awesome and helped me deal with it ! Amazing company and product !

Frame is damaged and mounted crooked. It was bought as a gift, so n0w i have to try and remount it.

first time ordering from this company and it was easy to navigate the website/ordering options etc plus live chat was helpful when needed. In receiving the items I was somewhat disappointed that the package the products were placed in had a gap and when the packaging tape was removed the gift boxes that few of the items were in got damaged. So when I give the ' just for you ' package , only a few letters of ' just for you 'remain on the box.

I ordered a split acrylic on July 23rd and paid for express shipping and the product was delayed, I contacted support and was told the product was finished but the site said it was sitting in production for over a week, after being constantly told it would ship in 24-48 hours (multiple times in one week) with no updates my order finally shipped (on the day it was originally supposed to arive) and was shipping from India, not USA as the site says and as the support worker on the website told me it was from USA. I contacted Mike who resolved all issues, his response is what helped my review of this company. The product quality itself was beyond my expectations, other reviews had me worried it would arrive damaged but it came in good condition and the quality was better than expected. It was a gift and the recipient absolutely loves it. If you don't mind waiting to receive your product and don't mind that it's coming from India they are fairly good company and Mike was very helpful in resolving any and all issues. A big thanks goes out to him for this.

Had another company put these on canvas and theirs was grainy and blurry- yours was PERFECT! It was nice to see the pictures looking so nice, we beleive this is the best canvas company out there and we have 2 photos to proove it!
