The happy family cuckoo clock that we purchased is now a family heirloom. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, however, you can see the hand made craftsmanship that went into the product. We really enjoy it, and the grandchildren are excited when it chimes.

My clock keeps stopping. Sometimes after an hour or two. Other times it will go about eight hours and just stop. Not sure why.

I really like this clock. It’s not overly noisy, and we love that it’s not crazy ornate. No leaves or birds or anything to fall off the clock. The 8 day wind is fantastic. I always had one day ones before.

My experience was fine. Shipping was quick and service when I sought to return was helpful. I should note that the clock was a gift but the recipient really did not like it with her decor.
