I purchased a 30 x 35 Regular Roof Carport to use as a livestock shed and semi barn. I raise goats and have over 40. This is well constructed and the goats love to lay up under it protected from the rain and sun. It was worth every penny it cost. In fact I have sold a couple more to neighbors! This is the second building I have purchased from Alans Factory. I must not have had any issues so far.. the garage I purchased 5 years ago is still as good as the day they put it up. I wil have to wait to see how customer service is when I need it.

Ordering the building was the easy part and was a great experience. The scheduling experience was a nightmare and may not order from you again because of it. I arranged my schedule around the time-frame given to me and the crew did not arrive until the following day. My wife wasted 4 hours of her day and 2 additional hours driving for the scheduled delivery with a no show. When I called, everyone said they couldn't help the installation's crew delays and offered no help. You guys need to ensure that you installation crews communicate when they see they are going to be late. This likely cost you in that I will tell people to avoid using you for this reason. Extremely unprofessional. You are only as good as how you finish the service!

I am so pleased with the carport. They arrived at 8:00 in the morning and had it up and were gone by 9:00. They wasted no time and knew exactly what each one was to do. The carport to secured to the ground with 4 2 ft. hurricane screws and 6 2 ft. steel rods. It is stronger than I expected.

The crew arrived at 8:00 and immediately started unloading and each person knew what they were to do. By 9:00 they were making sure there were no scarps or screws on the ground and were on their way to the next stop. The structure was secured with 4 hurricane screws and 6 2 ft. steel rods. Very pleased with the carport and the service.

The Alan’s part of the order was great, the sub (Carolina Carports) was less than great. I designed my building & when it came, the building was not what I designed at all. The garage door placement was wrong & so was the man door. The roof color was wrong.

The whole process was so easy and everyone was so pleasant. The carport was put up months before expected. The crew that put it up was very professional, finished quickly and left the area clean. It is such a blessing for my husband to not have to clean snow off the vehicles. We should have done this years ago! I will happily recommend Alan's if I know of anyone in the market. I purchased the 22x30 garage with 2 rollup doors on one side and another on the backside. One personal door, 6 windows, and ceiling insulated. The crew put the building up in seven hours. They delivered on Dec 15th. Great crew and was friendly.

Easy to make changes to your building design. I have made several changes since looking at your buildings. Thanks!! And thank you for your fast responses to my questions. On the rollup doors, I should have had them install the locks on the inside instead of the outside. They are storage-type doors. Not a problem, I'll make adjustments to get it the way it should be. I have installed a door opener on one of the rollups. will be getting two more openers.
