The one that originally came with our headphones was sparsely used. It stopped working after around 10 road trips. I debated whether to pay the $20 for this cable and risk having it go out shortly or pony up for a new headset from a different brand all together. Time will tell if the quality of this replacement is any good.

Thank you for designing this set of headphones for kids. I got this for my 7-year-old grandson, so I don't have to worry about these damaging his hearing. Very good quality! And, I was surprised it came with a case. Cool.

Very happy with the product! However, international buyers, please be aware that you may get hit with a $60 'import fee'. This is not Puro, but UPS. It does beg the question of whether UPS is the best international shipper for Puro to be using? When contacted, Puro stated "It is stated right under the subtitle in your cart" with a helpful/obnoxious screenshot. Yes, I know that I may have to pay extra to ship to Canada. No, I had no idea it would be an extra 30%. If buying internationally, find a local retailer so you know what you're paying. Again, very happy with the product. Not happy with sales or sales support. Thus 3 out of 5 stars.

International buyer beware of substantial import fees. I wanted to buy directly from Puro rather than Amazon Canada, but had to idea that I'd be paying $60 extra on a $200 order. Find a local retainer so you know what you're paying. Puro sales should be more explicit in their information so buyers can make informed decisions. If UPS has a set import fee, state this fee. Or find an international shipper who will set a fee so you can inform your customers.

These headphones are high quality and perfect size for my son. They are pricey but compared to buying several sets of cheaper ones that do not last that long the price should be worth it. These feel like they have the quality to last longer than all those combined (at least 4 sets at least $25 each over two years). We will see if they last but I expect they will.

The site is well organized and I am looking forward to see how the quality of the headphones are as they were rated the highest for my son. UPDATE: Received the headphones and they feel high quality and just the right size for my son.

They are amazing and my 6 year old loves them but our issue is the Bluetooth part it doesn’t connect easily to the devices and switching between devices is a pain. I got these for the fact that she wouldn’t have to be connected by a cord to her kindle or laptop because we do not want her laptop broken. But because of the issues with Bluetooth she still has a cord and still is having to carry her devices everywhere.

My son is so happy with these headphones. He uses them a lot so I was very concerned about the volume. He has no problem with it and is delighted by the wireless and the quality of the sound and how quickly they recharge. A birthday hit!

The company really wants to help children. My other son heard an interview with the company owner and his daughter in his school class and received free headphones. We had them recommended by his teacher who uses them with his children. They have turned out to be fabulous quality in sound and production.
