The house was beautiful, but the floors were not cleaned well before our arrival. At this price, I expected better. The elevator worked when it wanted to. The dishwasher needed to be fixed upon arrival and the ice maker couldn't keep up at all. We also had issues with one of the bathrooms. The pool was dirty and too cold to swim in. Property management was easy to work with and issues were resolved for the most part, but the pool was done days later and we really didn't get to have much use of it. Also, when the pool guys came, they hung out on our patio under the house for hours as if they were the guests paying for it.

Booking was very easy and when I had questions they were answered promptly. Check in was very efficient and easy. The condo was as described in the listing. I would agree as others have said some of the furniture and cabinets are getting worn and showing wear. I generally wouldn’t comment on this but based on the price I paid I was expecting things to be a bit nicer. The hot tub worked well and was well maintained, a check was done daily, I totally appreciated that. The indoor pools are heated, however they are not that warm, wish they would have been a bit warmer. The lazy river was awesome and the temperature in that seemed much nicer than the indoor pool. The beach and the access too it were wonderful. Chair rentals were easy and the price seemed very comparable to other beaches I’ve been to. The condo location is fantastic, it’s close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Nice new home. Great layout for multiple families with the bedrooms having bathrooms to themselves and the bunk room. Plenty of seating for eating. Nice smaller pool just outside the unit and a super easy walk to the beach.

We had a great time and the house setup was ideal for our group. It was fun having access to Little Lagoon, the pool, and the beach all within close proximity. Parking was a little tight but manageable.

Prickett Properties was great. We had a slight issue with the microwave blowing a fuse and the fuse box being hidden and also were missing the grill. A service rep arrived quickly and fixed us up with the fuse and a brand new grill! Highly recommend.

Location is amazing...you may walk to several great restaurants, but with the Florabama next door, there is no need to drive anywhere. Phoenix X is clean, well taken care of, safe, and so convenient. The staff of Prickett is helpful and kind. I have called them so many times with questions, and they get back to me promptly. We have been going on Spring Break at Phoenix X for over 15 years, and we will keep that tradition going! Prickett makes it easy to rent a great condo!

Little slice of heaven on the beach. This is such a beautiful, spacious property with direct beach access and heated pool. Well appointed amenities, bright, airy, luxurious beach house feel. Really cozy furnishings, stunning ocean views. We stayed in Gulf Shores at a hotel our first night in town, fun to see everything but when we arrived at 'No Shoes' and took in the space and pace we went into full on relax mode. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, friendly and helpful. What a pleasure to have consistently great service no matter where we visited. I can't recommend this property enough, do yourself a favor and book it for your next vacation!

For the price, this unit was great and the property manager was very responsive. Great location and convenient to all the necessities. The building itself is somewhat dated and the amenities are heavily used. However, guests can utilize sister properties amenities.

This was the cleanest property that we have used in the twenty-five plus years that we have rented in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Perdido Key/Ft. Morgan area. It was close to several of our favorite restaurants and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat.

The reservation process with Prickett was very straight-forward. They allowed for payments prior to the reservation deadline which kept the lump sum amount hitting the credit card all in one month. If all their properties are as well maintained as Sea Salmon, we will definitely be looking at their property listings for our future rentals.

This home was perfect for our needs - multigenerational trip 16 family members. Ample bedrooms, bathrooms, towels, starter paper and kitchen products. Loved the beachfront access and heated pool. Huge seating area made it easy for multiple conversations/groupings and room to spread out. Loved the large family dining table. So helpful to have two refrigerators and dishwashers and functional washer/dryer. Upstairs balcony peaceful respite. Downstairs deck favorite family gathering area. Grill worked great! Outdoor areas for rinsing off sand. Prompt access by phone and in person when minor questions arose. Easy access to Rouses, Kroger and Walmart for supplies. Elevator and parking set up made it easy to load/unload vehicles. Very thankful we were able to stay in this property and many memories were made.

We loved our stay here!! Plenty of room for our two families. The back deck and walkout right to the beach could not be beat!! I reserve a star only because the items provided by the property company were far too lean; there wasn’t a dish strainer, a mop bucket or a decent broom, to name a few basics that one would expect for a week long stay. That said, you should not let that small annoyance keep you from booking this great place, right on the beach!!

There is no better property than Turquoise Place, with its hot tub and grill on every balcony! This 4 BR unit was furnished nicely and met the needs of our 6 adults and 6 children. Be advised that in the 4 BR units on ends toward the middle of the two buildings, a wind tunnel is created which makes grilling very challenging! The new amenities are a great addition - especially having onsite overflow parking - though $30/day for a third vehicle in a unit accommodating 15 did sting a bit. The only thing lacking in this unit were a few kitchen items - no Pyrex 9x13, etc, or even metal equivalents. Some storage containers would have also been helpful. Other than those minor details, it was pretty much perfect!
