If you live in a condo and have a dog, the Porch Potty is a game changer. It will take some time to clean as it doesn't drain as well as the ads would suggest but I am happy to regularly clean it in exchange for not having to get dressed and take my pup out in the middle of the night. I have a Frenchie and I ordered the standard size. I probably could have gone smaller but this gives him room to circle before doing his business. When rinsing remember to life the turf and rinse underneath or the urine will pool. Just rinsing the turf won't cut it.

I wanted to make it easier for my dog to pee on my balcony in my condo rather than dragging her downstairs. So far it's expensive and totally useless, and caused a lot of hassle for me to go pick it up and speak to customer service twice about sending me the wrong item multiple times.

I ordered a lid for my porch potty along with the rest of the items. They sent me a canopy which i have no use for. I contacted them... they said they would send me a lid. They send ANOTHER canopy. Beyond frustrated. There must be some idiots working in the warehouse. How does this happen twice? I think in the end they refunded the lid. So i don't have a lid. Not helpful - I wanted a lid. And i have 2 canopies that are basically getting thrown in the garbage. What a waste.

Even though I think it is a good product, the price is too high. I can get a sheet of that grass 8'X12 for around $110.

Grass gets quite smelly and the cost is generally not reasonable. The cost of shipping is also unreasonable. Having said that it is quite good for middle of the night pee breaks.

I have been using Porch Potty for a long time. It might be the heat, but the smell emanating from it is not pleasant. Neighbours are complaining.

Clear information and easy to follow. Did not have to call. Instruction on website is clear. Ordered through porchpotty.ca , got confirmation of order placed, order shipped, order arrived and another email with details of delivery date and time. Everything went smoothly.
