If you have a good understanding of the Kung fu that’s in Wing Chun you will love this book. If you are intermediate or beginner it’s still a excellent book to be treasured. This book causes you to think, explore, and revisit your Kung fu with a different mind.

Great pictures of sigung demonstrating all 3 forms, chi sao drills etc. what’s of most value though, is the focus on the “internal” experience, the description of the intent behind each form/ drill/ movement.

This book is awesome. Incredibly detailed. Very intricate, and provides many diagrams for greater understanding. Plus Dr. Chu's pretty badass. I say doctor because the man's a doctor in this game. Except he's not really a doctor because realistically a doctorate takes 8-10 years of study and he has put in well over 60 so I dont know what you'd call that. Grand master? Jedi? Avatar? Idk... difficult to say.

Great reference material from the grandmaster of Siu Lim Tao. But the english translation needs work. Some sections, like the explanation of how the three forces are generated and their different levels of strength is unintelligible. In my opinion, there is no need for the english translation of the technique names to english (like tan sau to lay flat hand) to be in the main text. A reference in the glossary of the translations should be enough.

Is a good book, explains basics very well. Provides a good insight to wing chun. Dealing with everything wing chun is excellent. Book took 9 days to travel USA to Australia. Arrived in good condition. I just wish the money exchange rate was better between Australia Vs USA hahahaha

This was the fastest delivery I ever received from USA (to Australia). The books were individually wrapped and then protected by air bags inside a robust box. The service could not be improved upon! As for the book, it appears to be everything I'd hope it would be, but it may take years before I feel fit to review it.
