My whole shopping experience was smooth. Great customer service as well. They called and sent me an email to inform me of a minor change in product, which was not even an issue. I appreciated them letting me know. I received email updates and tracking and also a follow-up to see if l was satisfied with the product l got (formica laminate sheet).
