About this CompanyProAdventure is a small, local and family business run by Pete and Lesley Carol in Llangollen, North East Wales. In the nineties we were an outdoor education and activity provider and the shop was a sideline event selling spares for bikes and a few bushcraft knives. In the noughties the shop became a standalone venture with a growing reputation for providing quality kit and professional advice. Now we have hung up our instructor shoes to focus on providing some of the best and most respected outdoor brands and products to our customers near and far. We care about the planet and we care about our people. Nice and easy ordering process. Product arrived next day well wrapped in packaging which could be recycled. Product price was very competitive. Nice to be able to support an independent local business. Would definitely use again.

Very pleased with boots so far, only worn them out once so far as wet weather has caused too many deep muddy areas. They were comfortable for first 7km then as feet got hotter due to good weather began to be more aware of a bit of discomfort (have a few foot issues) but am sure this will resolve as the boots stretch with use.

Sturdy, strong, sharp and a good weight and balance. I haven’t used it yet but it is full tang with a wide back end. I will be able to use this to help split logs as much as gut fish.

I was expecting a delivery on a Saturday as i work through the week but it slipped. When i told the owner he created a Saturday specific option on the website the same night, which was very helpful.

Service from Proadventure was impeccable. There was a minor issue with the backpack but I cannot fault the company at all in terms of communication and support. I definitely felt the customer was at the centre of their ethos. The bag was received very rapidly, despite being ordered at the weekend, and the issue I had was similarly addressed quickly. I was kept informed at every step of the way and not by a bot, but a real person. On top of that the price point was extremely competitive and the item was well packaged in thick paper rather than plastic - a little extra but nice to know the company considers the environment. Will definitely use this shop again should it hold an item I require.

I bought this to chop logs from a couple of felled trees. It certainly does the job. A local tree surgeon suggested Gransfors.

This backpack is ideally suited to my need for a compact lightweight pack to carry whilst skiing. It is large enough to carry acbottle of water, some snacks a spare hat and a mid layer, yet I am hardly aware that I have it on. I removed the belt because it isn't really necessary for my purposes.

Very good and easy to use. I have tried lots of sharpeners but this us the best I've had. I can also keep in my pocket which is great. Was recommended it by someone who does a lot of butchering
