I love their vinyl! It's true to color and they are always so helpful! I found their site 2 years ago and I been hooked since!. Forever a loyal customer! It's a great product with great value. You don't have to sacrifice quality for the amount you get.

The picture did not accurately capture this vinyl. The holographic rainbow is not as intense as the picture showed, and the "gun metal" part is much, much darker, almost black, compared to the picture which showed it much lighter, almost a light gray.

Customer service is very good. The reached out the day after the order was placed to inform me they were out of stock and to offer an exchange for another product or a refund. I asked when the would get this item in again, and when they stated 2-4 business days, I opted to wait for it to be restocked. Although there was little to know communication after that, the item arrived at my home 5 business days later. The product itself is very different in person than what was depicted on their website. Holographic "rainbow" of colors is not as vibrant as in the picture, and the underlying vinyl color (gun metal) is nearly black while the store photo showed it more of a light gray.
