I've ordered from primepick multiple times over the last few months. I've only had an issue one time and it was resolved immediately. I received a replacement in just a few days. I order all my htv from a particular company and they recently got the 3D puff. It was a little pricey so I searched and found PrimePick Inc and decided to buy some of each color to get a sample of the product to a customer of mine. Customer approved this is what he was wanting. I looked through email one day and my regular go-to was having a sale on the 3D puff. So I gave it a shot and am regretting that! It was horrible quality. Quality is EVERYTHING with htv of any type. So I went right back to PrimePick and will not buy 3D puff from anyone else from here on out!
