Customer service was helpful. To be seen if I recommend the product. Would like to see the plate carrier entirely US made. First Spear tubes or AustriAlpin buckles would be a welcome addition. Seems like a good product.

The shoulder straps were too big, replaced quickly. Only recommendations I have is maybe adjust the size chart. I'm 114lbs 5'1" and the shoulders and cummerbund were way too big on the size small.
