My hard cover books are beautiful. Only thing is, there was a hickey on a back page of one of the books. Disappointing but I've decided to overlook the hassle and expense of shipping it back.

I searched Apple Books and it sounded as if you're the closest thing to what they used to offer. Also, you understand InDesign and press ready PDF format, which the canned template places do not. They tend to cater to Word processing clients. Also, your online support was very personal and not copy/paste answers from a bad format guide!
