The softcover bindings I received prior to these hardcovers were very well-done and fast so I wanted to upgrade to a hardcover. It didn't work out well. The bindings are peeling up in places and there are bubbles on the glued end pages. Also, the cover images are not glued down well (not much adhesive used in entire project and it shows) and the image wasn't even sized properly after much effort was made to make the online tool as close as possible to the correct size. Books are warped, perhaps due to how they were shipped. Pages are wavy.

I was very happy with the softcover binding and the entire initial experience so I wanted to upgrade to a hardcover. Multiple issues were found with the hardcovers including: not enough adhesive used on endpages and covers meaning several bubbles, cover image, though matching the crop on the online tool have black lines around the cover images, cover edges not flush and peeling up in places. The books were also shipped with little protection so they are warped and pages are wavy. I can fix some of this but wonder why it should be necessary.
