The quality of the booklet is fantastic. However, the print quality of each of my pages did not meet my expectations unfortunately. Some of my pages with photo spreads printed darker than I would’ve liked, and some of my line weights were off and hard to read.

Got my order way faster than promised. Quality very good. I would say excellent. I chose the cheapest production time and shipping, so the delivery schedule was something like two - three weeks, got it in three days. I ordered twice within the last two month and it was the same timing. So maybe before Christmas it my slow down, but now it is lightning fast. Navigating the website took me a little longer, but that's maybe because I am dumb? A few years ago I didn't have any problems, now it took me some time. But it could be that I am four years older.

Have been using this company for years and am always impressed by the color and quality! I did 8 1/2 x 11 softcover books for my kids graduation gift - their lives from 0-18. My daughter is 30, son 28 and now twins 18 all have their own books and everyone is impressed and loved them. It is such an affordable way to go - they get a copy and so do I!
