The quality of the hardback book and its printed pages are great; however, I was careful to make sure everything was within the margins and gutters, yet I still have a couple pages where the print runs past the edge of the page which is very disappointing. Had I known or if the software had provided visible identifiers that the page would overrun I would have easily been able to correct it before printing, but now I have a book for our Airbnb guests that looks unprofessional and we're likely not going to use it. We'll probably just leave the spiral bound soft cover book that we had printed at a local copy shop in there instead. It certainly doesn't have the elegant look of a hardback book, but at least it's professional and all the pages are readable and well within the margins.

Disappointed with their software. Made a point of keeping all text and pictures within the margins and gutters, yet ended up with a book that has many pages where the words run off the page. A waste of money as we will not put this in our luxury Airbnb; it's simply not professional looking.

Overall the quality is good however, the cover and spine didn't get aligned super well and it arrived with a bit of gunk or glue or something all over the cover. It came off with a towel and small amount of water with no damage to the cover. It works well for my thesis book but I maybe would choose a different method for a more professional product. Images look nice on the photo paper but drawings aren't as nice. Perfectly great for a family photo book or something like that. A bit expensive for my purposes ($100 for my 106 page thesis).

It was okay, a bit expensive for the quality. Cover wasn't aligned and arrived dirty. Would prefer another type of paper rather than the photo paper.

I found the experience with PrestoPhoto excellent. The website was simple to navigate and the directions easy to follow. I chose to use an indesign template because all of the online photo book makers were not customizable enough ( I needed to be able to add text, etc anywhere I wanted) I was worried my document wouldnt translate over but they did a wonderful job and their uploading tool was super easy to use!

Images that spanned across the spine onto pages were also not indexed. Every page was cropped down far beyond what was shown in the print preview when ordering, creating a book that is absolutely useless to me.
