My daughter absolutely loved the multi-generational family cookbook I had complied and printed. It was a high quality book and the high quality paper I chose was perfect. The book will last for many years and I even added blank lined pages at the end for her to continue to add new recipes as her daughter grows! The process and timeliness of the order was good.

The process was easy to follow. I do think it would be helpful to have a link to show users how to update settings in MS Word to force the fonts to be imbedded as well as in the PDF vs just a link to a tool. It was easy enough to do with a quick internet search.

It was the first product I found that allowed for uploading PDFs. It was easy to use and the price was good. Didn't put this in the review below, but I did wish the product did a better job of the gutter. Most professional printers accommodate the gutter better with extra space at the binding. Although I never went outside the required margins, it is hard to read the text close to the gutter without breaking the binding.

The only disappointment is that the pictures in the book came out pretty dull. I had increased the contrast when designing the book hoping this would not happen.

My Client is not satisfied, here are the issues: - I wanted Hinged Layflat Hardcover Photo Book as currently the pages in traditional bound, I am not able to see big part of the photo (this should not be even in the option for anyone) - 1 book is printed glossy and 2nd one is is matt finish

This photo book was created to document the family my wife and I have known and our experiences during the first 80 years of our lifetime. The old black and white and fading color photos from our parents as well as photos we took ourselves were used to tell our story. We were very pleased with the printing quality and binding of the book.

I like books to fit on a shelf. I chose an 8.5 X 11 inch portrait book because it is easier to handle and store than larger and landscape format books. The purpose of the book was to record family history in pictorial form.

I had a difficult time understanding how to upload PDF book file from the on-line instructions. After chatting on-line I was able to understand Lightroom better and was able to complete the upload easily.
