I don’t regret spending the extra money on the premium paper, it’s really nice. My one disappointment was that the margins came out a bit uneven from spread to spread.

This product matched my desired end product. I also wanted the ability to design my layout in Adobe InDesign rather than a web-based software.
Company Choice
The prices were great and the turn-around times were faster than most.

As a professional graphic designer, I really wanted the ability to be able to design my book in my preferred software (Adobe InDesign), but the requested method of setting up the file was a bit of. Photos that spanned the page did come out perfectly in-line, but my layout Had margins which were slightly inconsistent from page to page, if I make another one, I would not include margins, I would just stick with full-flood photos on each page.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Even better quality than I imagined, very reasonable price for the quality, and the production time was significantly shorter than I imagined.

This is a hardcover version of a goodbye scrapbook for my boss's retirement. I thought the hardcover would hold up well over time and be more of a conversation piece for her - maybe even a coffee table type of book.

I did research on a number of printing options before choosing Presto. Reviews told me that many of them produce lower quality books. Many of them required me to use preset formats that they already had, which I did not want to do. Others were really only geared toward printing photos. Presto let me choose my own design--including photos and text, gave me number of options for sizing and paper type, had a website that gave good guidance in setting up my document correctly from the beginning, and was very transparent about the pricing and the required lead time. The ultimate cost was also much more reasonable than other places that put a lot more limitations on what they could print.

I thought the end results would look great, hold up well over time, and not cost a fortune.

I couldn't be happier with the job that Presto Photo did for me. I was nervous about the results, knowing I am no graphic designer and that there wouldn't be time for me to have a sample version printed before I needed the others. The books produced by Presto were lovely - really wonderful quality, better than I expected. The website was really helpful in setting up the format of my project correctly from the start, so I didn't have to make huge changes after I uploaded it for printing. The hardback version I had printed is thick and substantial in a really nice way, the printing is lovely, the turnaround time was significantly shorter than I expected, and for all that, the cost was very reasonable. I'm really pleased.

Easy to upload the book I had already designed using my Apple Photo's. Once the book was purchased, it was printed and delivered in the time frame promised.

I love the quality of the book. They turned out beautiful. However being Canadian they were very expensive for the size. 8 x 8 for approx $100.00 each.

I was very grateful that Presto Photo was able to step in and take on my Apple photo book creation after I put in so much time. Beautiful quality, helpful customer service and timely delivery. My only criticism is that I created a dust jacket in Apple that was an important part of my book, but Presto Photo didn't have a dust jacket option yet for square books. The alternative was to print right on the inside covers of the book, which required me to purchase the highest quality, most expensive option which I didn't really need. At that point however, I was just happy my files transferred without issue so I went ahead. The good thing is that Presto Photo says that dust jackets are in the works for square books and will soon be offered in the future.

Since my project had already been created in Apple, I needed to stay within the limitations of my existing project file.

Very appreciative that Presto Photo makes it relatively easy to process Apple Photos projects. It's a shame there are not more affordable options for square books with dust jackets yet, but looks like that is coming. The live chat was efficient and helpful.
