Pleased with the book in general, but waiting for reaction from the person to whom it is gifted. Expected the photos to "pop" a bit more, but that may have been due to the paper I chose.

There was no option for the next larger size with seamless layout, and the largest of all seemed too large. Wish you would add a 13x10 seamless to your product line.

I am a professional photographer. I use Mac computers to design photo books using Photos and I love this product. Photos are nice and clear. Pages have a nice cardboard feel thickness and weight. I got spoiled with Apple’s shipping which wasc1 week but Presto is fine so far received in 2-3 weeks.

Because of the Lay Flay pages although with the PDF Upload from Apple iphoto was not as clear as the Apple product. This one I used the Prestbook software so I hope the prints come out better.

Please offer a nice custom box to remail to our photo customers. The packaging is very cheap looking. We do not mind paying extra to have a nice box for a nice presentation.

When I ask for more info about categories I loose the add to cart option and am left with create book with online software or PDF option. If I click the back arrow It takes me to the add to cart page and the tabs allow me to select various options.

Building this photobook was easier than ever, with the new "spread" option that automatically takes an extra wide image and accurately makes a two-page spread out of it. I used that on the cover to get our reunion group picture spread over the back, spine, and front instead of having a skinny single image on the front, and that way you can actually see people's faces. I also used it on several images in the book, where I had wide views of the reunion activity. If you buy the Seamless Layflat version of the book, the pages look just like the images on your computer monitor, with no gap or seam in the middle. I really like that, because a lot of my images are wide landscapes, so I will be building more books with this feature.

I chose the LayFlat version because I thought it offered the proper way to look at a book of photos. I chose Seamless LayFlat to get complete two-page spreads, of which I had several for this project.

I have been working with PrestoPhoto for years, starting back when it was VioVio. I have stuck with them because of the high quality for the price, and they have been improving the creator experience as well. I like that I can recommend a client to review the book or calendar on the PrestoPhoto website, and then just order it from there if they like it. In this case, the book was for me, and I wanted to see the way the two-page spreads turned out. Initially I ordered the Layflat version, thinking that even if it wasn't seamless it would have saved me the trouble of cutting wide images into two pieces that would accurately meet at the center. It turned out that it almost works that way, but only the extra-cost Seamless version has a complete presentation across the middle. The Layflat does lay flat, but in the group picture only half of my brother's face was there, because of the sliver missing in the middle. It doesn't matter for most pictures, but it did for the group! When I expressed my dismay to customer service, they pointed out that they did deliver exactly what I had ordered, so it wasn't a publication error. But then they took pity on me and gave me a discount on ordering the LayFlat Seamless version, which I accepted gratefully. It meant I then had two reunion books instead of one, but I found a relative who wanted to buy the other one, so I was happy.

I am really bummed that the printing is very flat the colors are flat I really don’t like the final result. The lay flat page on the book are good the front corner of the book it’s not glue it properly overall it’s mediocre final look.

The material is superb for the price. I wished the little dots in the 450 paper did not show as much but the product looks good. I have tried both Motif and the other Apple replacement and Prestobook although not as clear as the Apple product has surpassed the others and is my Apple replacement print product. I like that I can use my Apple software to design the album and save onto my desktop as a PDF then upload it as is onto the Prestobook website. It saves me from having to relearn a whole new software over again. Thank you Prestobook

Pleased with the book! Although price wise it was not cheap: around 100$ plus 25€ of custom fees (for 60 pages layflat) Colour temperature is ok, it is a little bit warmer than intended and everything turned a little darker. But the result is very much acceptable. Support of Presto Photo is wonderful, prompt and clear and helpful.

Hello, I’m pleased to have received my Photo Book. I willingly paid an additional charge of $54.56 for faster delivery which so happend but the FedEx delivery man had to come back a second time because the address is long and there was not enough space on the package label to print the complete address including (an important part) the apartment number. Upon delivery I had to pay an extra $47 in custom fees. I did not expect that. It made the delivery costs higher than the product itself. Further more there were lines throughout some of the pages in the album (please see pictures attached) Thank you
