It turned out very nice, a big colorful book, the colors were true to the original and the resolution was great. One thing - the paper cold be a bit glossier, but that’s ok, still shiny high-quality pages. Highly recommend.

I’m expecting my first grand baby soon and plan to write him a series of adventure books - personalized and baby appropriate. I wanted a good quality, hardcover book that would allow me to fully customize. The ease of the website was wonderful. I simply created the book with text and inserted pictures using Word and saved it as a PDF. I uploaded the PDF and the book was exactly as I’d planned. I could preview the entire book before making a decision to order. Once I decided to order, I couldn’t figure out how to select the size or paper, so I used the online chat. The customer rep responded immediately and informed me that those options were available in the ordering process. From the time I uploaded the PDF to check out, the process took only minutes. The book arrived ahead of schedule and is great quality. I am very pleased with the outcome and will continue to “publish” my grandson’s books through this company.

A number of years ago I was looking for a printer that could produce a book with more than 100 pages for my Alaska family vacation book project. You were the only company I found. So, I took a chance! You did an amazing job on that one and I have never looked back. I have printed a number of books, including smaller ones that could have been printed by others, but I love your products so much, I will not go elsewhere.

The book turned out nice. My only complaint would be that I found navigating the in-app (Photos) check out process was challenging. After countless searches through the options I could not find the additional dust cover. I’ve ordered before but, for the life of me, could not find it for this order. Frustrating. I would also like to see more templates available to download for Photos.

A bit difficult to navigate the in-app (Photos) checkout process. Could not find the dust cover option on one order but easily found on a previous order. A little frustrating. Otherwise, I like the service. Just simplify the checkout options to make things easier to find.
