Excellent ordering interface, fast shipping, good color rendition, paper satisfactory. Quibbles- cards are slightly different in size we ordered five different folded cards and they are all slightly different the nominal 5”x5”. Also they did not come folded. Folding them is easy and quick since there is a heavy fold mark but I do not remember where on the site this was mentioned. Not a big deal.

Easy to use ordering front end, quick shipping, good value, our 5x5 folded custom cards arrived flat packed (with fold mark making folding easy accurate and quick). Slight variations in cutting is a bit of challenge for multiple card sales.

Overall satisfied with the product's quality. The attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. However, I would like to bring up a small issue that occurred during the delivery process. The product was delivered in a paper/cardboard packaging, a choice that I applaud given the environmental concerns associated with plastic packaging. Unfortunately, due to my absence, the package sat on my doorstep for days and was exposed to weather conditions. Regrettably, the package got wet, leading to some moisture affecting the pages of the photobook. While the quality of the product itself is outstanding, I thought it was important to share this experience. The pages were slightly deformed, but the Lustre 450 photo paper held up incredibly well. I want to emphasize my appreciation for Presto's commitment to eco-friendly packaging, and I understand that unforeseen circumstances can impact deliveries. I believe this incident highlights the delicate balance between sustainability and the practicality of packaging, especially in situations where the package may be exposed to the elements for an extended period. Despite this minor setback, I am impressed with the quality of the book.

This was a "first effort" with printing directly from a PDF. Overall, I was satisfied, although the paper finish wasn't exactly as I had anticipated - the velvet finish was a bit dull and the colors a bit darker than I hoped for. Still, as a first try, it came out well. I plan to continue to experiment.

Flexibility - I could use any application I wanted to create a print-ready PDF (Affinity Publisher in my case). Upload and preview were painless and extremely helpful to catch and fix a couple small errors in the PDF export process.
