Motorcycle was picked up late, 6 days later than agreed upon.
Motorcycle was delivered late, 26 days later than agreed upon.
The tracking site does not update from day one, you cannot talk to anyone except through email or comment section on tracking page.
I was ready to report it stolen or lost.
It arrived dirty like it was stored in a dusty farmer's barn dirty.
Don't believe the questions and answer section about traveling 300-500 miles per day My motorcycle traveled from VT to FL in 35 days which equals 42 miles per day.
The truck delivered my motorcycle could not unload without my help un-crating the bike in the truck and shifting it to fit on the lift gate platform.
I may be an exception to the normal experience that customers have but I would suggest better customer service and tracking of orders so customers will know where their motorcycle is in transit.
ANSWER your phones!!! Call the customer back!!!

Kristian Hallbert was quick and professional at the beginning of taking my order. He quoted me 8-10 days from pick-up to delivery (which I already knew was optimistic). He was great at first and told me to reach out to him for any assistance. After 11 days, I reached out via email for an update. No answer. After 18 days I left a voice message on his line and got a canned email response. The bike was delivered 21 days from pick-up. I was not told how to track an order using the website. Could have been better but overall I'm happy now. Next time I will try a less expensive transporter since I know that lead-times can't be trusted.
To be perfectly Clear the service was far from what I expected they don't answer phone calls they don't respond to text messages and I would never use them again And I am in the car business so I know what customer service means
