We ordered tickets for one day but ended up with a 3 day pass. We couldn't use all 3 dsys and got charged for one day. Wish we could of taken advantage of the free days but our schedule didn't allow. Will use the site again.

The only thing I would recommend is that upon receipt of the tickets, and when you claim them, there should be a way for you to save them to your Apple wallet, or to be able to save the tickets in a spot where you don't have to go digging in your email to find them for entry into the venue. The tickets once they appear in your email screen indicate that you cannot save them because they won't scan properly.
