Personable and Courteous
Dave was the most personable service tech I have ever dealt with , he was fast with his work and made sure to not make a mess and was courteous of the noise level. he took the time out to make conversation with me about what he was doing and even about his personal life. he also showed concern for other aspects of the house that he brought to my attention which I appreciated and it shows that he really does care about his work and is looking out for the well being of the house and the people in it.

Duct cleaning in London
Technician arrived on time. Very pleasant. Worked well and left the home clean. It was a pleasure to deal with him and Power Vac. The air in my home is much better and less dusty. I would highly recommend Power Vac.

Great Customer Service
I have dealt with PowerVac on several occasions in the past. Every time I've spoken with someone, they have been polite, courteous and friendly. They have been on time for every appointment I've ever booked and they worked efficiently and effectively to clean my ducts. Pricing was exactly as quoted and the work took as long as they said it would. And they are true to their word: They haven't called me unless I've contacted them first. Bonus points:

Well Worth it
Had my ducts cleaned mid May after a lengthy major renovation. (There was so much dust that I had discovered a mini mountain that looked like volcanic ash at the side of my home under an air vent.) David arrived exactly as scheduled and quickly and efficiently set up the equiptment and tackled the job. I couldn't be happier. Not only was he couteous and professional but the dust that had been settling throughout the home on a daily basis even after the renovation ended, was gone! I will definitely use Power Vac in the future and recommend to family and friends.

We had your technician Scott clean the ducts and dryer vent at our house. After explaining the procedures, he completed the job quickly and professionally. He was courteous and friendly and showed care for our 4 pets, who were not impressed with the noise of the vacuum. I was impressed with his work and would definitely recommend Power Vac to others.

What a positive experience dealing with Harmon who cleaned my ducts on Friday. He was on time, extremely professional and sensitive to my resident pets! I was not expecting this high level of service. The process was explained to me and any issues with the ducts were highlighted. The photographs demonstrated the before and after effect which was an added bonus. I will certainly be recommending Power Vac to my friends and neighbors and thank you.

Duct Cleaning
A big thank you to Harmon Douse from Power Vac for his professional and courteous service today. I have recently moved into a 65 year old house where the previous owners were smokers and the ducts had never been maintained. Needless to say, it was a huge undertaking which Harmon executed with the highest degree of skill and pride in his work. I cannot thank you enough for helping to make our home a much healthier place to be in.

I was very impressed with the person who cleaned my ducts today. He corrected many of the issues that occurred in our circulation system due to shoddy workmanship. I notice already that the furnace is not going on as much. He was also personable and helpful in showing where issues occurred. I am sure I will not continue to have the breathing issues that have caused me so many problems. Thanks for a good job done

Happy Service
We had our Ducts cleaned on our new home. The furnace was used during construction and the whole system required a cleaning once we moved in. PowerVac did a great job, we had Ree do the work and she was great. She worked around our two little boys, and two labs. She did such a good job working around our busy family; the cleaning had little impact on our Saturday morning at home. Thanks!
