Survey a little too soon. I haven't had anytime to see the difference the cleaning makes. The technician was very professional, on time, pleasant & did the job in the time he stated. Very good overall, just hoping the cleaning reduces the amount of dust in our home.

The amount of dust I could see in the cold air return was amazing, but it was all blown and vacuumed away. The house smells fresher. The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. My only issue was when we went downstairs after they left, every single light was left on.

Very quick and exactly what we needed. Had a blockage in a pipe somewhere and the company was able to unclog it.

As I informed the gentleman on the telephone, on two separate occasions I was quoted one price on the telephone and then when the service technician provides me with a pre-printed invoice the amount is different. This is not a good business practice.
Also, when I have had my dryer serviced last year, the technician took the piping apart, and cleaned from the outside as well as the inside. This year the technician only cleaned from the outside, and he was training a new employee. I have been a Power Vac customer for a few years now, and I really do not believe I will use their services again.

Great Service
I had your crew here today and I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Power Vac.
They were thorough and explained everything and better yet, showed up on time.
My'60's bungalow had never had the duct work cleaned and what a difference now.
My son has already booked with you for later in November and I have already posted a review on Homestars.com

I wasn't very impressed with the technician. He didn't seem very happy. I wouldn't go as far to say he was rude, but didn't communicate with me at all.
Overall he did do a thorough job and spent 2 hours working and left everything as he found it.

Excellent Work
We had an excellent experience with Power Vac! The service technician, Harmon, was lovely to deal with and got all our ducts clean in record time. We will definitely be using Power Vac Kitchener again in the future :)

Good Job
Mike from Power Vac was courteous and professional. He put in an extra hour to make sure the job was done properly, as the ducts were very dirty.He told me how to seal the ductwork in order for the system to be more efficient. Five Star rating!
