We tried to buy our own synthetic grass and our pup didn't like it. She'd go to the bathroom everywhere but on the porch potty. Which was weird since she was before. But when I realized I could buy replacement grass she's back to using her porch potty again.

Once you invest in the Porch Potty, it's essential to replace the synthetic grass after several months despite keeping it meticulously clean. My pooch refused to use the porch potty with the several-months-old-grass even though it was thoroughly washed, so buying a replacement was necessary and she's back "in business."

I was disappointed that I could not purchase the replacement grass from Amazon like I had the porch potty. Because they do not ship to Hawaii, I had to purchase it to be shipped to to my dad in California and then he had to ship it to me here in Hawaii. I would have given 5 stars if it were more convenient. JS

The synthetic grass is the overall best product for south Florida conditions. The care of the product and lasting ability is good. However, the live sod is not. Within one week the grass was dead. The draining hole is not good enough to drain the water in a reasonable time. So, the water lingered and its muddy and not easily drained. My dog ended up pooing outside the box the entire week. We ended up throwing away the sod within one week. Money thrown away. I would only recommend the synthetic.

This is my first order to replace my initial synthetic grass that came with the porch potty and I probably may not reorder because who ever cut the grass it did not measure it properly. It is lop sided and does not look nice.
