I am writing because this business stands head and shoulders above the rest. they deserve an 'atta boy'.
I sent a question via their web site. Within a few minutes I received an answer from the office manager, asked another question and it too was answered immediately.
The next day I ordered 2 EZPatch products, cost less than Amazon, shipped 2 day Fed Ex and no prime needed.
But the thing that compelled me to write was the email thank you for my business I received today.

I ordered a information ring that shows the direction of the handle to run it, backwash it, etc. and the shipping was more than the 1 ounce item. Could have mailed it for about $1.25.
