Adel and his team were very helpful. I replaced a very old cover with a new model, they were able to get the original manufacturer to duplicate from the old template. All arrived as expected, and project is done, thanks to Pool Covers Direct!

Adel was a big help. Had a custom made pool cover that ended it's life after some 20 years of use. Didn't remember the manufacture and identification panels were gone. Called several pool cover Companys with not much help till I called Pool Covers Direct and talked to Adel. It all came together like I wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction.

Very satisfied ,great customer service. Mindy was extremely professional, helpful courteous and patient. I was worried that i would have to drill new holes for the anchors. Mindy took the time to help me check and recheck the measurements, she held my order until i was able to secure the money, very understanding. If Mindy was not available the other agents were just as helpful and friendly. Great job guys.

We were very pleased with Pool Covers Direct. Our first pool cover, purchased in 1990, was handled through a local vendor. When we needed to replace that cover in 2023, the local vendor was no longer in business so we found Pool Covers by contacting Meyco Products. They were very courteous and thorough and also followed up after, which doesn't always happen. Delivery was as explained when ordered. We highly recommend Pool Covers Direct.

The replacement cover worked great. I purchased the first Meyco cover and it lasted 15 years so they hold up quite well. It was nice that they had my initial measurements on file. So it was a very quick turnaround. A good company with quick email responses.

Wow. PoolCoversDirect truly deserves a 5-star rating. I could not be happier with my purchasing experience. The price of my cover was excellent. (I shopped around.) Customer Service is outstanding. They provided clear information before my purchase, answered my questions, followed up after delivery and installation, and they were very friendly! I don't post many reviews and, when I do, I like to talk about pros and cons. In this case, I only have positive things to say. I highly recommend PoolCoversDirect.

Pool Covers Direct is amazing! We weren't even sure where to begin after we bought our house with a pool cover that had lived long beyond its days. The personnel we worked with helped us track down the blueprint, walked us through the special financing, and were responsive to all of our questions. The cover arrived sooner than expected and all along the way, someone was checking in on us to make sure we were satisfied and were available to assist with any issues... including months later to ensure that the actual closing went well. Would high recommend!!

So glad we chose poolcoversdirect to replace our very old looploc pool cover. Customer service was outstanding. Adel and Michelle provided excellent customer support for each step from quote to followup after delivery. The cover fit perfectly and based on local estimates for a new cover, we saved significantly.
