We have had two different guests stay with us and both have said that the bed was very comfortable!I love that the bed did not have any off-gas smell after we set it up.

After many hours of research, I am so glad to have found PlushBeds. I love my Botanical Bliss mattress! I got the medium level firmness and it is just right for side sleeping. The customer service has been wonderful as well. I've had my mattress for two weeks now and have also ordered the foundation and bed frame to complete the process. There are two reasons I did this. First, I did not want to risk voiding my warranty with my 12 year old box spring. Second, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT, apparently the width of full size beds can vary between 53 and 54 inches!!! My old bed frame and box spring were 53 inches. But the PlushBeds full size mattress, bed frame and foundation are all 54 inches. So when I placed my PlushBeds mattress on my old box spring, it did look a little too big.So for anyone who is dealing with replacing your full size bedding, measure everything in advance.Other than that discrepancy, I adore my PlushBeds mattress for its comfort and its total eco friendly construction.!!!!! I would recommend this company to everyone!!!

We have been sleeping on this mattress for a week now and we like the support and comfort it provides in all sleeping positions. It does not have a pillow top so at first blush it feels incomplete and not luxurious. The foundation consisted of slats that were connected by very weak strips which came out of the box already separated. In addition, the foundation cover zipper came off and we could not get it back together. Try putting a cover on a foundation with loose slats flying around.....really? A king sized mattress shipped in a box is very heavy and awkward. Overall assembly took about 5 hours due to the foundation drama. I recommend an option of delivery and in home set up for $500 and $6.00 per unit more for good foundation slat strips and this review quickly moves to 4 stars......not there yet!

The first one we ordered a year ago has worked out great with our plush king size mattress. But this recent order we made to fit another king and another queen size bed and mattress made the mattress sit way to high and in addition the queen size wooden slats were uneven and some too long to fit with the foundation. My husband had to saw off a couple of the ends on slats to make it fit. Not sure what we are going to do with bed height. Our bedding looks ridiculous on each as it exposes the sides of bed as well as the foundation. We may just remove the foundation on the king size bed and suck up the cost of an unused foundation. Not paying 150.00 to return it. Disappointed for sure.

Just wanted to let you and John know I received my bed yesterday approximately 11:15 a.m.! I was so happy to get it in such a short time.Thanks so much to you and John, you were nice to work with. and Michael as well. Hi everyone! I've waited some time before posting a review so I could get a real sense of what this mattress was truly about.

So, with that being said here is my complete and unbiased review and just to be clear i have no affiliation with this company other than the fact that i spent my own hard earned money purchasing this product. I purchased the 10" botanical bliss mattress in medium. It came in the mail in 2 separate boxes that were quite heavy (I stay physically fit due to requirements mandated by the military) but with an extra pair of hands it was easily manageable setting everything up with the help of my wife.

We weren't overly blown away with how the mattress looked but that wasn't important to us, what was important to us was how it served it's purpose as a place to sleep. When first laying on it after setup we weren't BLOWN AWAY of the feel of it but that went completely out the window after that nights sleep!

With the combination of a our nice sheet set and comforter we both looked at each other upon waking and realized that either one of us had woken up once during the night!!! This is a HUGE deal for both her and I as we both have slight back problems and frequently toss and turn throughout the night on all of our previous mattresses.

We moved to this mattress after only owning a Puffy mattress for about 8 months. The Puffy felt great when first laying on it but while sleeping it was completely unbearable and gave a sense of being "stuck" in it during the times when I would have to turn at night due to discomfort.

This mattress is a complete godsend for my wife and I and we can't wait to lay down in the evening because we know that it's going to be a pleasent experience and we'll be refreshed to start the next day.

I've read other comments on this mattress being bouncey but I don't think it is at all really. It definitely doesn't swallow you whole when entering the bed but it's by no means to me, bouncey or springy feeling. I'm by no means wealthy and never in a million years saw myself spending over $2k on a mattress but I was completely desperate to get a great nights sleep on a daily basis and Plush Beds really help solve that problem in every single way while also offering financing through Klarna.

They also offer a 100 night trail but I'm on day 45 now and have no intention whatsoever of returning this gem. Remember, this is a 100% unbiased review from a 100% homegrown US American service member. Thank you.

Seems like a nice enough topper. Nice cover too. Expensive. Would have like to have gotten it in a 1" or 1-1/2" thickness -- extra bulk is making it hard to pull Thomas Lee sheets over the Wink mattress but overall we are happy with the feel and comfort.

My son digs it. Good mattress.

The product is good and id recommend it to others.

I searched over a year for a new bed in stores. I had a latex bed years ago and went to a memory foam bed because you can't find latex in stores, only hybrid which I wasn't sure of...

Easy to set up and very comfortable.

I spent more than $3k, still missing the pillows from my order. I called customer support and was given a very quick "oh they're on backorder" response.

No followup, no written notification that they were on backorder, no idea of a timeframe. Just a phone support rep that quickly brushed me off and said they'll be shipped when they get in.

I was told that there would be "a note sent to shipping that I called" but again, was not sent any notification of this or even a case number. I work phone support for a living, I know when I'm being pushed off the phone. All I want is some kind of notification that it's still in the system and a basic timeframe. Checking my order status on the website says the order is shipped, implying that the entire order is done. It's not.
