They did exactly as I asked! At first, I asked that the pillow be between Soft and Medium, with the extra 3oz sent separately, then once it came and I actually slept on it, I asked for the pillow to be between a Medium and Firm. It's perfect!

I had an order halfway between Medium and Soft, and they accommodated that.
Then, after I had actually tried the pillow, I found that they were actually correct (unlike other manufacturers) in their recommendations as to relative firmness and sent it back to their facility for adjustment once more before finding my perfect firmness. The customer service was suberb; both by email and on the phone. And the turn around time was immediate. I couldn't be more pleased.
