Before investing in a down pillow, I researched a lot of websites that gave very shaky information about what down is and choosing a down pillow. The plumeria Bay website gave me real information that let me make an informed choice. And their product lives up to the standards they set. I trust the company and will buy from them again.

I had thought sleeping comfortably was a thing of the past and that waking up with a headache a stiff neck was just what happened as we got a little older. My previous down pillow became part of my tiny poodle’s bed and I started a five year quest to find another pillow. I bought every single pillow recommended to me by a real person or an online rave review. So many pillows. I honestly felt like the princess and the pea. (It may have been suggested to me by my long- suffering spouse). I decided to give my old down pillow company a fourth chance when Plumeria Bay popped up in the googles. I need a hypoallergenic down due to my princess/pea situation so I was interested to learn there was another option for down I had not yet heard of. I emailed customer service asking for a recommendation and I received a lovely reply with some good information which helped me make the right decision. I placed my order and had the pillow the next day! How is that even possible? Who does that anymore? I also received a follow-up email with some very valuable information that I never knew: going to bed with wet hair will damage my pillow. I was doing this every night. So, before using my new pillow, I bought a hair dryer too. About the pillow: HEAVEN. So soft and wonderful. Like having my head gently cradled by a cloud sprinkled with fairy dust. One day, I will be back for a duvet.

I don't yet know how much I love the pillow I just purchased, but I know that having my email questions answered, I felt secure in making the purchase from a company who cares about the customer experience.

I love the pillow, but will be returning it to Plumeria. Why? I want them to remove some fill. The pillow is too high to be comfortable for my neck. I bought another pillow from them with 8oz instead of this one’s 11oz. The 8 is much more comfortable for me. So I will return it but they will send it back after they’ve removed some fill for me.

I have searched high and low for the perfect pillow. I have neck and spine issues. I need a pillow I can roll under my neck for support but with a low enough profile that it doesn’t tilt my neck. I discovered “extra soft” pillows existed but all were out of stock. I bought one pillow and returned it. I bought this. I will admit I had a bit of sticker shock but at 900 fill and 100% goose down, I should have expected it. One night. That’s all it took. One night and I could tell a difference. Definitely for the better. Eventually I will get a second one as a backup. For now, I just love this pillow. Thank you Plumeria.
