Our new Plumeria Bay goose down comforter is beautiful. Elegant, high quality and super light with the 700 fill power. We chose the ultra-light 20 ounce version. Although the website description says it only provides “a whisper of warmth”, it’s actually perfect for winters in the desert SW, where the temperatures dip into the 20s and 30s at night. Combined with flannel sheets & room thermostat set at 68 degrees, it’s heavenly sleeping. Plumeria Bay’s website is easy to navigate and has loads of good information. And their customer service folks were very knowledgeable and super helpful.

The website is nicely presented, easy to navigate and the response times are quick. The order process went very smoothly. We initially ordered the 30 ounce comforter but decided it would be too warm. We returned it for the 20 ounce version. The customer service rep, Steve Clay, was outstanding. The return process and subsequent credit for the first order went perfectly. And the second order arrived promptly. Couldn't be happier! This is my second comforter from Plumeria Bay. I am very pleased with the quality and comfort these comforters provide. It's important for me to have a quality comforter on my bed. I have considered buying from other companies but I did my research and I trust Plumeria Bay.

The new down comforter is terrific, thanks for checking. My husband, who loves a 'warm but light' blanket is really appreciating this purchase. I also have purchased a much heavier one from you, and love that too. The only other thing I'll give you feedback about is that for the heavier comforter, I also purchased a duvet cover, and it was terrible. It was a lint-magnet like I've never experienced and became unsightly in minutes of being cleaned. It was just completely unusable and I had to throw it away--not an inexpensive piece and I wasn't too happy about it, as I'm sure you can imagine. I've never had any bedding 'behave' that way before, so whatever it was made of is a really poor fabric choice for its purpose. Other than that, my experience with your company has been very positive.
