It took several weeks to receive the filter that I ordered. When I contacted customer services, they stated that they have ordered the filter and as soon as it arrives, they will ship it out to me. I was not aware that you did not have this filter in stock so it could be shipped out when I ordered it. I will choose another company to order from that carries these filters and has them in stock to order from.
