Worth it!
Ordered about 20 nametags from PlaqueMaker.com. Although the online ordering wasn't as smooth as it could have been (I think partially because I was using a tablet), the product came out looking exactly like I ordered it, and the price is on-point as well. Good stuff!

Great service, great quality
I only had one change to the proof. Website needs a little work, I was unable to get to the revised proof. A quick e-mail helped. Phones are actually answered with virtually no wait time.

One small plaque might not be much of an order...
My order was really small, but of course important to me. It was a simple small rectangular plaque that I was to attach on a Christmas present for my wife. In spite it just being one single plaque and a very cheap one at that, customer support reached out to me and made sure I got to proof the work and it was shipped to me in the time indicated. If I EVER need a plaque again I will turn to PlaqueMaker, no reason to look anywhere else.

Okay.
I ordered acrylic plaques and they ended up being nearly 1/4" smaller than the size indicated. The font was a not engraved sharply and I wasn't thrilled. However, they did offer to redo the order and expedite shipping to deliver. In the end, I felt they would look the same, and I asked for a partial refund, which they accommodated willingly, 25% off the purchase price. I was happy with their resolution, but if I use them again, I will allow more time to verify that the quality will meet my expectations.

The plaque suits our purposed very well. Thank you.

Plaque was exactly what I ordered!

Stainless Steel oval palue: Nice work, easy to work with, fast delivery.
This was the easiest site to navigate. It was easy to get a price quote with out the fuss of calling or emailing and waiting for a response. At first I thought their prices were really high (just under one hundred dollars for a 12X6 piece stainless steel) , but after pricing out a few other places I soon discovered they were reasonably priced and even cheaper then two of the other places i contacted. I was a bit nervous on what the final product would look like. The proof is a far cry from the actual product. When it came I was very satisfied. It looked very professional and of good quality. I needed it to make my mother a memorial bench to honor her parents, one of which had just passed away. Everywhere i looked the benches were way to expensive. Only if i lived or was willing to drive to AZ to pick one up would I have saved any money. So I bought a concrete bench from Lowes and had the plaque made hear. It worked out perfectly and I saved about 150 bucks.
