I love the plaque, it turned out great and arrived quickly. I wish I had realized when I ordered it that the screws and holes were not made to go into mortar. It is an outside memorial. I would order again. The customer service during the design and ordering process was an actual human who was extremely nice and helpful! Thank you!

I just dropped off the titanium plaque with laser fusing (permanently bonded ink) to be attached to a memorial bench that sits outdoors beneath a lighthouse. I am pleased with the appearance of the plaque and hope it proves to hold up in the salt air. Thanks for your help with this project.

I purchased this plaque to attach to a stone garden bench as a gift for my god parents because their son passed away in late 2016. It was exactly what I was looking for - a classy plaque to attach to the bench to signify the meaning. The metal was great quality, durable, and the engraving was just as pictured in the proof. One minor draw back is that the text is not "engraved" into the metal, it is laser applied to the top so I am concerned about the ware of text over the years as it is placed on a bench outdoors near a lake in Michigan. Hopefully it lasts, but for right now I am very pleased with this purchase and my god parents were very touched by the thoughtful gift. I have pictures I can send if you'd like.
