The lettering on the final product was slightly coarser that the proof they had me examine, which was disappointing because it slightly reduced the clarity of the writing. I expected it to be as crisp as the proof given it was laser engraved.

Excellent website for service, loved that they had a proof for you to review. However, the resolution of the proof was greater than the final product and no opportunity exist to see the resolution of the final product until after it was sent. Given that I requested a laser engraved product, for which the resolution of the engraving is typically high. I expected the proof to match the final product well. I would rate it at only an 80% resolution match. This created slightly reduced readability of the writing.
