The directions for the design page were easy to follow. This review is of my experience "so far" because I need a question answered, and would like to see the final product before leaving a final rating. I ordered this plaque to be a marker for the grave of my beloved dog. The ability to customize was important to me but so was the price. I couldn't be more pleased. It says just what I wanted, it's attractive, and it was affordable. On top of all that, it arrived so quickly. It looks beautiful in my garden as a lovely tribute to a best friend.

Hard to figure out how to get lettering on submission

We purchased a memorial plaque for our garden. The plaque arrived on time and was neatly packaged. It was very pretty. One of the logos had some fine detail and lost a fair amount of detail in the etching process. If this logo had been readable, I would have given 5 stars. Just make sure that your logo doesn't have fine details and you will love this product.

This plaque was easy to design. They do charge an extra $10 per logo, which is why my plaque got bumped from production and I ended up using a designer to finish the product. The designer was patient and kind even though I changed my mind on placement several times. I did opt to keep the additional logo and I was glad that I did. The only thing I wish that the designer would have told me was that the second logo I chose was too detailed to show very well on the granite.

The only reason I give this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because I expected the engraving to be deeper into the granite. I hope that the plaque will hold up to the weather with the superficial engraving. Other than that, I absolutely love the product!!

Great, although I did not enjoy recreating my design after spending so much time to create it the first time only because I wanted to change the size of the plaque. Fixing this will greatly improve future customer experiences. But thank you, I am anxious to receive my order!
